Visitor Profiles

GLoEx collects information about your interactions with other attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors throughout the event for the purpose of analyzing and measuring the success of the event, and building business and personal profiles to enhance our products and services in the future. By allowing an exhibitor or sponsor to scan your badge at in-person events, you are providing your personal information to the exhibitor or sponsor and agreeing to let them contact you about their products or services in the future. You can opt-out of this at any time by contacting the exhibitor or sponsor, and any data they collect and record (e.g. notes or badge scans) will be stored according to their Privacy Notice, although we will ensure the security of the data when it is stored in our app/system. You have the right to refuse to allow exhibitors or sponsors to scan information from your badge.
